WATER, DRINK IT OFTEN!!!
Children do not drink enough water during the day. This can result in cramps, constipation, and dehydration. Encourage your kids to drink water at school, not sugar loaded drinks or pop. Just plain flitered water. What I also recommend is to put Kali Phos, 6-8 tablets to the water to help support mental clearness and mental fatique.
