ACIDIC EXCESS - TO MUCH OF A GOOD THING AT CHRISTMAS AND NEW YEARS TIME

When you are enjoying all the good food, sweets, alcohol and chocolate watch for symptoms of excess like; stiffness in joints in the morning, swollen joints like knuckles and ankles, and tiredness.  For general symptoms of acidity Nat Phos is a key remedy and key ingredient to help reduce excess acidity.  Silica and Nat Mur can also be supportive during bouts of excess.  Drink lots of water and get some regular exercise like long walks to help settle food down, get fresh air, and move those joints and limbs without the strain.
