Recently, on a trip via a ferry between Vancouver and Nanaimo my son had a bit of a panic attack while off loading. When someone gets the panic attack they need support like a mom’s hug and words of encouragement.
On the way back to Vancouver we gave him the Biochemic Phosphate, a formula containing the cell salts Calc Phos, Kali Phos, Nat Phos, Ferr Phos, and Mag Phos. This cell salt combination is great for supporting the nervous system.
For the over exhausted or workaholic parent this is a great formula to support that over stimulated nervous system. Keep it with you and take it when ever you get those first feelings of anxiety or nervousness.

Thank you for the advise. I have never considered Biochemic Phosphate. In the past, I've suffered from severe anxiety and now practivce a number of common cures for Panic attacks. I practice meditation, relaxation techniques and visualization. All of it has helped but it is a continuous struggle and something I hope to conquer.

As a long time user of the 12 cell salts, I can recommend them highly. The combination of Phos's mentioned above are a particularly good remedy. They were invaluable after being rear ended in an auto accident in '05 that left me with a whiplash injury and frequent panic anxiety attacks that prevented me from working. Almost daily, I became immobilized for short periods as though from a heart attack with painful constriction of chest, arms, neck and jaw, sometimes even passing out. Cranio-sacral and myo-fascial release work quelled this within a few sessions, but insurance wouldn't cover sufficient long term physical therapy, so I fell back into the syndrome. I eventually researched the problem enough to learn that it was a serotonin deficit and now take 1500 mg. of tryptophan daily at bedtime which has solved the problem. Have had no panic attacks since going on that regimen. I continue to use the cell salts daily in addition. Would recommend Googling "serotonin + panic anxiety attacks" for further information. Good luck.
