When you are traveling on airplanes there are several tips that can help with the fatigue. First to remember is to always drink plenty of water while flying to help keep you hydrated. Alcohol will dehydrate your body very quickly. Mag Phos can be helpful to keep your muscles relaxed and Kali Phos for the stress that can occur during travel. If you have any onset of a cold or flu use Ferr Phos for traveling. There has been some great feedback on ear pressure problems being relieved by Ferr Phos, so if this is a problem you experience use Ferr Phos before and during your flight.
