Bone Spurs - ouch!
Two recommended tissue salts (Cell Salts) for those irritating bone spurs are Calc Fluor and Calc Phos. Start of with 4 tabs, 4 times per day. Don't forget about good foundational nutrition! It is always recommended to see a good local alternative practitioner so they can assess your over all health and determine other recommendations.
