Bone health can benefit from Tissue Salts

Calcium is contained in bones, muscles, blood, teeth, mucous membranes, lymph, hair, nails, glands, and vessels.  The tissue of bone contain calcium phosphate (most abundant), calcium fluoride as well as others such as Calcium carbonate, calcium chloride - also sodium chloride and magnesium phosphate.

To help accelerate the bone healing process use calc phos, calc fluor and Nat Mur. Consider these three combinations for building strong bones.

Let us not forget incorporating moderate weight training or exercise to help stimulate your muscles and bones to maintain or strengthen the bones.

Minimize the use of carbonated drinks and stimulants such as coffee.
