How is taking cell salts the same or different from taking inorganic or ionic minerals?
I am wondering what evidence there is to show differences in absorption and utilization of cell salts versus the 'regular' mineral supplements available.
Also how to explain this difference to people.
Thanks.

Cell salts are ionic minerals because they have a positive and negative ion. They are prepared in a homeopathic fashion. They address more the deficiency or imbalance of minerals within the cells and compliment regular mineral supplementation. When cell are functioning optimally then absorption of minerals from food and supplements should be enhanced.
